DAMAGED
OR MISSING
So far we have had no problems shipping our wines and spirits. However
in case of any damage or loss please contact us so that we can ask our
postal company, TNT International, to investigate and arrange a refund.
In case you want to claim damage, you will need a form for proof of
damage, signed by the postman or delivery service.
We can only take responsibility for the amount of refund per
parcel as mentioned above. |
